Open Mon – Fri 10.00am – 3.30pm Our Day Care service provides care in a safe and friendly environment. We offer support to older people and their carers who live in Bellshill and surrounding areas. This service enables people to maintain their independence by continuing to live in their own communities. Daily Activities: We offer a large range of activities including games, quizzes, singing, arts & crafts, carpet bowls and entertainment. These games aim to encourage physical movement, intellectual stimulation and social interaction. Social events such as outings are also organised. Eligibility Criteria: this includes referral andassessment procedures. Guidelines: to ensure the needs of individuals are met, Social Work guidelines are practised in the form of key worker system, care plans and reviews. Cost: £6.00 per day, which includes daily activities, lunch, snacks and travel to and from the centre if required.
