Theo's Cafe

In this department we have Vincent Doherty (Catering Manager) and Michael Clark (Chef) supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who work together to provide a varied and interesting menu and create a relaxed and welcoming environment where people can meet and eat.

Our aim is to provide nutritious and affordable food within the Café, the local neighbourhood and outside area and attempt to address issues of health and well-being.  Our menu reflects this with a varied selection of dishes and ingredients of the highest quality and freshness.

Whenever possible we exercise a policy of purchasing and promoting Fairly Traded products.

Food Cooperative

In partnership with North Lanarkshire Food Coop Federation, volunteers with the support of staff operate this project from our shop in the Centre.  Our main events timetable will give details of the opening hours.

Our Food Coop aims to provide the highest standard
and give real value for money for fruit and vegetables
as well as brand named goods such as pasta, soup, tinned meats, butter and milk, as well as a wide range
of other household provisions.  We also stock items as and when requested by customers.
